When a woman books one seat, she can ask for the front seat. Rides where the front seat is already taken are marked, so she can pick another ride.
Show only rides where the captain is a woman. This works on its own, for any number of seats.
Choose your route and see the seat price for each type of car. Book the ride that suits you in one tap.
The captain shares the car location before starting. You can see the car on the map, chat with the captain and press SOS if needed.
You get a 4-digit PIN that stays the same for every ride. Tell it to the captain at pickup, so the right person gets into the right car.
The seat price is the same for a 5 seater, 7 seater and SUV. A captain publishes inside that range: the 5 Seater fare at the low end and the SUV fare at the high end.
No ride on your route? Post a request from My Rides and captains going that way can offer you a seat. You can keep one request open at a time.
Verified captains with alerts switched on can see ride requests in the Requests tab of Publish a Ride.
Chat with your captain or passenger inside the booking. Phone numbers are shown only after the seat is confirmed.
If the captain changes the time, we ask you first. You can keep your seat or look for another ride.
Before booking, you see only how many seats are taken and the gender mix. Once your seat is confirmed, you can see the names of everyone on the ride.

Finish trips to unlock milestone rewards in Wallet. Pay the captain in cash.
The captain marks pickup, drop and trip complete. If nobody starts the ride after the departure time, it closes on its own.
We check the driving licence and RC of every captain before they can publish a ride. You will see only verified captains on live rides.
